If you’re unhappy with your tights purchase or you’ve ordered the wrong product and would like a refund, please return this to us via 2nd Class Royal Mail to the address below - please ensure you keep proof of postage. As long as products are unopened and are received within 30 days of purchase, we’ll be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll send you email notification and your refund will be processed. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hosiery that has been removed from its packaging.

We reserve the right not to process your return if it arrives after the 30-day period has expired, and/or if the returned product packaging is opened or damaged.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

If you’ve followed the instructions above, please allow up to 10 working days for us to or us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send you an email when this has been done.

Once we’ve confirmed that your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 days for your refund to reach you.
